Red face Glucose intolerance and -erm- irregularity?

Anyone else feel like they should take the activia challenge? I feel....bound up I guess, more often than not. Sometimes it is very uncomfortable, and it seems like nothing helps! Other times I almost feel sick, and I break out in a mild cold sweat because I have to go so bad.

I know it's probably TMI, but does anyone else have such problems? If so, what can you do to help it, that doesn't involve laxatives and the like?

I dunno if GI and irregularity are connected, but there are natural things you can do to help...

The activia does work well. Also, for your diet... add a good dose more fiber. Use a supplement if you need to. Also, go light on carbs and cheeses and extra heavy on the vegetables. Particularly green and leafy ones..at least for me...

Hope it helps!

Oatmeal every morning will clear out your system like crazy. I would definitely look at your diet, and add more fibrous foods into it. Eating vegetables daily (raw ones especially) will help this situation as well.
