I also don't have many PCOS symptoms and am trying to loose weight. I get an occasional stray hair (gross) and I am 25 and still do get acne occasionally. I can tell you what has worked for me personally, but I would suggest maybe searching out a bariatric Dr. in your area. I also participated in WW, but it wasn't for me. The Core system seems wonderful, but I just can stomach paying for someone to tell me what to eat (I already know!). Anyway, people often say that they have a hard time cutting carbs when they want to loose weight. I don't particularly think Atkins or South Beach are all that beneficial, but some of the principals are. The gluten thing suprises me somewhat since you have no allergy. I think you'd find MUCH more success with a low GI diet. Its super easy, you don't have to count anything, you can have cheese, I eat pickles, sugar free jello and popsicles, low carb protien shakes, tons or fish, chicken, steak and fruit andveggies. I can give you a more comprehensive menu if you want, but I would suggest avoiding eating out - its kinda gross what restaurants do to healthy stuff to make it taste "good". Good Luck!
