Has anybody applied for GMTV's 'Inch Loss' before?
Or, are you this year?
This are going to Australia.
I might apply, although they ar eonly looking for 3 people and I'm not that overweight so I don't think I have much of a chance although I really need to lose over another stone or so to get to a size 10/12 which is proving difficult (although not if my Green Tea keeps working but I don't wanna take thatfor the rest of my life lol)

I think I will also apply for inch loss. as it would be a great new start for me.. Took down the address down this morning, not that going to Perth isn't an incentive for applying at all!! LOL I love it out there..
Yea, I thought going to Australia didn't look too appealing, I just want to lose the weight lol *nudge nudge*
About the Green Tea. I've been taking capsules of Green Tea Extract for a few weeks and have lost 1/2 stone. It could of course be coincidence but I've been battling with the weight for a while, it's coming off slowly (very slowly!) and suddently after taking these, 1/2 stone fell off somewhere!! I haven't changed anything in my diet/exercise recently. If anything else, I ate waymore carbs than usual because I was on holiday in France and you know what, I am sucker for baguettes and pain a chocolate LOL oh yea, did I mention their nice pizzas but yea, it still came off, bizarre but I would recommend trying. I'm 99.999999% sure that is what helped me.
I haven't had any side effects at all. I might try taking 2 a day although the bottle recommends 1, it's only tea extracts afteral and people drinks loads of the stuff so I might try it. Obviously if hat has effects I'll go back to one. I'll update any progress or effects.

Where did you get the extract thingy? Hmmm... about the TV thing... no way would I go on it.... I couldn't anyway because of other health problems, but good luck if you do apply for it!

I heard a little about it on TV yesterday and am keen! I have a lot to lose! but I had this issue last year, I was close to taking part on a programme for ITV taking some big people to this Big Resort in Mexico, and I was in the top few choosen but then I got my new job which is 12 months today so I had to back at. The producer of the show begged me to take part as they saw my new job as a new start etc.... but I didn't want to make a prat of myself....
Some people might rememeber the show it was earlier this year.... featuring some American woman who was so proud to be big and trying to get the ones from the UK to think the same...
When I saw the show and the resort in Mexico I was gutted!
