Default go to have ultrasound and....

Its intereal so I drop em and blood! Brown dark blood like EVERYWHERE (tmi sorry). On my legs, in my panties, thank god I was wearing black sweat shorts! I didn't even feel it. I about ran out into the hall naked to get the doc! I didn't know what to do. They said its probably just nothing but to make sure it doesn't turn red but I was not expecting that at all! Now I' m just really paranoid that I'm gonna have a miscarriage.. Please tell me someone had a lot of brown old blood and was still okay

Yes i had brown spotting from 6 weeks until almost 14 weeks. I also had a huge scare of bright red blood running down my legs one day. Not trying to scare you, but it was a hemorage in my uterus. Both my babies so far are just fine and healthy. You find that a lot of women have brown spotting in the first trimester. Congrats and good luck!!!

I had a TON of bright red spotting with my son, and it turned out to be the stupid progesterone suppositories I was on. I had to insert them vaginally and they were irritating my cervix. Any chance it could be that?

I also had brown spotting during my entire first trimester this time and I am starting my 34th week of pregnancy.

wow ladies thanks.. When they did the ultrasound they said they found no blood clots, she looked specifically for them.. It just really gave me a scare cause there was nothing before I left!... It seems to be getting less now but I'll just make sure to keep an eye on everything. The heart beat reassured me a bit cause that was another fear lol but I know anything can happen. Forget that pregnancy is a total emotional bliss bs I'm paranoid of the next test, or outcome!! It makes me so worried all the time that everything I'm doing is right and all that... Phew

I'm on the oral not the vaginal so I don't think that can be doing it. The tech said it can be because of implantation bleeding.. but I dunno lol...

I've been having heavy brown bleeding for the past 2 weeks straight.... but it doesn't seem to be effecting Baby A or Baby B.

Seeing blood is scary! I had some intermittent spotting with this one. I did have a bit of bright bright red blood one day, but everything liked perfectly normal on u/s. You saw the heartbeat that is a good sign, & as long as you're not cramping you're probably ok. I tried to take it easy but keep busy at the same time. I think it gets easier in the 2nd trimester... at least I'm hoping it does!

I have a very sensitive cervix and every internal U/S I have had ever has caused me to bleed. I also frequently bleed after sex- especially while PG. If it was brown blood then as pp have said, I wouldn't worry as it is old blood.
