I haven't heard from the BM in over a week, this isn't like her. I don't know what's going on but it's making me very nervous. I have been waiting and waiting & NOTHING! She had a baby dr. appointment today so I thought she would surely call and let me know how everything went as she ususally does. I have emailed her a bunch of times (she doesn't have a computer at home tho) and I called her neighbors and left a message on the machine that if they seen her to let her know that I called etc.
I just wish she would call us. I'm going crazy here.
Haven't been on much this past week. DH had a accident at work and was hit with a sledge hammer on the hand by another guy and blew out the tip of his finger, broke it & tomorrow we have to go early in the morning so he can have surgery on it and get that all fixed, she'll probably call tomorrow and I'll end up missing it.
I hope you all are doing okay. Wanted to check in and say hi and give you all a update.
I still haven't got to call the center and get my homestudy and adoption foster license started and all that. Hopefully Thursday I can do some calling around and get some of this stuff rolling. It's been so nuts here lately.

Oh no! She doesn't have a phone that you could call directly on? If she doesn't, you might want to look in to getting her one that she can make local calls on only and that you could call her on (just so you don't have a HUGE phone bill from her--or get unlimited LD for her to call you, that way it would be the same amt every month). I hope everything's ok up there.
Sorry to hear about your DH, sounds like it HURTS! Hope he feels better soon!
