Has anyone tried Goji Berries? I've read that they are good for insulin resistance.

I have some goji berries in my cupboard.
I didn't know that they were useful for IR, but I suppose I should eat them more often if that is the case.
To be honest, I don't really like them. They have an odd sweet/savoury/cranberryesque sort of taste. Mind you if they're good for me, I'll eat them anyway.
My hubbie and I have made up a snack mix that I added goji berries to. It's a mixture of nuts (mainly cashews and almonds), pepita's, sunflower seeds, dried fruit and goji berries. It's really yummy in that mix and useful for a mid morning or afternoon snack when you just have the munchies.

LOL I remember the taste of the end of the pencil LOL! I used to love them. I think I pretty much chewed all of my erasers off the end of my pencils...
