I had gestational diabetes with DD, and my sugars are still running high if I don't eat properly.

I'm going to see a new doc after the first of the year to determine if I do, in fact, have diabetes (I'm sure I do) and lay out a course of treatment.

In the meantime, I'd like to do some reading. Can anyone recommend any books?
