I was wondering, I have been on met for a week now and I have some days that are good and others that are bad. Could this be the met?
My good days, I am able to stay out of bed and do housework, exercise, etc. But the bad days, I feel so tired and could literaly sleep all day long.
I wanted to know if anyone else on met experienced this, or is it just me?

Some days I feel so active, even hungry. Some other days, sooo tired, sleepy and can´t stand the food.
However I noticed that symptoms tend to decrease as time passes. The only side effect I wish to keep is not being hungry as I am loosing weight very fast !!
Me too! Sometimes, I am so keyed up I can't sleep. Other times, I'm barely functioning. I'm not sure if caffeine has anything to do with it but I'm still piecing the met puzzle together.
