just to say that in the last year i have had the worst depression ever, but the last few monts changed that completly. I dieted seriously (not heathly but it worked) and basically starved myself into weight loss. I have now lost two stone (28lbs) and had two periods ina row on time! I am over the moon! just wanted to shout it from the roof tops and tell everyone that accused me of having an eating disorder that they are wrong! I am getting well again!
