Default Good news / Bad news?

Hey everyone!

It's been a while since ive posed and well, ive got a reason now

This week i had the first period i'd had in over a year. Without the use of medication or inducing hormone pills. Actualy i hadn't been taking my medication on acount of my forgetfulness wich led to about a 8 or 9 month hiatus (I know! im a bad kid! ). Well, the week before i had gotten my period i had blood work done, to measure my triglisoride (sp?) levels. When i was first dignosed with pcos they were at about 500+ but now, after about a year later there back to 100. When they read at 500 i was about 20 lbs heavier than now. Once i found out that id be going back to the doctors i decieded that i would be a good idea if i adopted some good healthy habits causing me to well, loose the weight in a 3 month period.

I was wondering, what this meant, and if this has ever happend to anyone elce.
