Got AF w/o meds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I am happy to say that after 3 wks of cramping AF showed up yesterday and its nice and bright red...sorry tmi...so I am hoping that she continues to come more regularly. I will try to chart and see if I am o ing...I will keep you ladies posted.

Out of nowhere? What's the story behind this? Were you on meds previously? Anything to help regulate? I'm a little lost here, sorry. But congrats!!

well basically 2 months ago I came off meds. I was only taking spiro for the last yr and bc on and off. last mo I took provera because I havent had af in 4mo and that was march 16, and now the following mo which is now af showed up. I have tryed to change my diet but haven't been really sticking to it and I started acupuncture but I havent been in 3wks so I don't know I just hope that she keeps coming somewhat close together and I do plan to do modify my diet more. oh I am taking prenatals but that doesnt count.

I see, well again, good luck!! This is exciting! I'm just finishing up month two of BCP's to try to regulate. Other than that I'm med-free as well (although I DEFINITELY consider BCP's meds...they scare me a ton) aside from PNV's and 1 g fish oil daily. I think I have 2-3 more days of the pill, then hopefully the big AF, then hopefully...TTC! I'm SO excited that I can hardly stand myself. I just hope that my cycle stays regular for a few months at least just to let us have a chance!!

I try not to get too excited since I know it's probably unlikely, darn this PCOS, but I still just can't help getting a little excited when each night I could down the last few pills.

We'll see!!
