Well I have been told that I am officially insulin resistant. They told me that I am resistant to the point of being hypoglycemic after 3 hours.
The strange thing is that my LH and FSH and Testosterone came back normal this time. My last test for these my ratio was 2.44. Does anyone know if these hormones normally fluxuate this much during the month?
They are still checking my cortisol levels because they were a bit elevated too. Has anyone else encountered this?
I guess I now have more answers but also more questions. This seems like a bit of a maze to be going through now.

I wish I had answers for you but I am not a results expert. Actually, I know very little about them. I hope you get the answers you need.

I *so* know how you feel! When i got my test results back, the doctor hit me all at once with all the dire-sounding results (i.e., this is too high, that's too die, I'm amazed you haven't dropped dead yet, etc.) and although I guess I'm glad that I'm in the know now regarding what my body's doing, I'm even more perplexed and worried now! ((hugs))
I don't know about the fsh/lh I don't think I was ever given those tests. But as for the cortisol, mine was at the highest part of normal last time it was checked. They didn't say anything more about it. I don't have a very stressful life except for the illness, so I sort of wonder if physical stress makes it rise? I have no idea. I asked around here once before if anyone else had a similar result and I don't think I got any answers. Hope you find some answers

Was the 2.4 your free testosterone> Do you know what your total testosterone was?
My free came back normal too about the same as yours but my total was 92 and norm. is 6-86.
As for do they change, my total used to be 118. So yep they can change that is why we take spiro or met or do diet changes et-cetera to get them to change!
Were your FSH LH and Testosterone taken on day 3 of your cycle?
