I would think so but that is probably a question for your Dr. Some women don't actually have cysts but still have PCOS so I'd think that if you didn't have ovaries, you'd still have PCOS. My .02 but I'd do more research on that.

Yeah, ladies find that even after a full hysterectomy they still have problems including weight gain and such. Since PCOS is genetic a hyster would not be a "cure" for the majority of women.
A lot of the other symptoms would remain, I would guess--the endocrine system would still be out of balance, plus drugs are often prescribed to regulate/replace the hormones produced by the ovaries...
