Default GP or Endo?

A quick question.

My GPs (and I have had a few in the last 4 years), have never sent me to a Endocrinologist. I have had some blood tests recently (triglycerides, cholesterol, testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, LH, FSH and a full blood count. All fell in the normal range (testosterone was at the upper end). I had only been off the pill 4 weeks when the test was done, and go back early August to see how things are going. I have been getting AF though it seems my cycles are lengthening again (now at 38 days).

I want to know what you guys think about me insisting that I go to an Endo. I want to start TTC in 6 months. At present I can't even tell you what my blood results were. All I was told is that they are "normal". I am not even sure if my GP checked my FSH/LH ratio - or even whether he should have checked it!

I am so sick and tired of not being educated on my test results. After all I pay good money for them! I know I should probably ask, but when I get in there they just seem to be wanting me out of there as soon as possible, so I get flustered and feel bad I am taking up their time! I mean why should I feel that?! I'm paying them money!

Sorry this is a bit of a rant...... Advice please?
