Default GP or OB/GYN?

I haven't officially been diagnosed with PCOS but I have a lot of the signs that are pointing in that direction.

My last natural period was 05/27 and I had constant spotting until my first cycle of Provera on 07/23 (AF showed up 13 days after). I'm current experiencing the same constant spotting and would like to go in for a follow up. Should I go see my GP or my OB/GYN (she's actually a nurse practitioner) ? I've already had an ultrasound done (which came up nada, regular folicles & no cysts) and my Provera was prescribed to me by my OB/GYN.

See if you can find an OB/GYN (or just GYN) that is interested and has experience w/ PCOS patients.

Good Luck

I'd go to an Endocrinologist over either of those. I've had no luck getting OBGYN's to take my PCOS seriously.
