Question graduating from college in May, need health insurance

Hello, everyone--
I graduate in May with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology. Needless to say, I'm pursuing graduate school. If I get into the program I'm expecting to get into, I'll have a waiver for the cost of half of a health insurance premium. I have PCOS, and I'm concerned about my eligibility for health insurance and the coverage after I'm insured. I've been looking at Aetna, and am currently on (and hating) Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama. Does anyone recommend their company and coverage? I'm currently in Texas, and might end up in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Thanks.
