If anyone is considering adoption, and confused or comparing domestic, private and international adoptions, I found a site that has a chart comparing the fees and procedures for different types of adoptions, a link for a free 75 page booklet on adoption, and ideas for financing adoptions.

On the finance webpage is information about the National Adoption Foundations Loan program through MBNA, but no link to a webpage. (And I know about wanting to see the info RIGHT NOW when looking online).
