Great Alternative to Muesli - PCOS friendly powerpacked breakfast! This is a great breakfast and full of "good stuff" for PCOSers.
1 pot 0% fat Greek Yoghurt
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon aloe vera juice
1 tablespoon creatine monohydrate
mix together with a fork then spoon over fruit; i.e. blueberries and strawberries
Top with
1 tablespoon unsweetened bran sticks
6 almonds
3 walnut halves crumbled
3 pecan halves crumbled
It makes a delicious and filling breakfast

Carbs: 12g
Fat: 20g of EFAs (only 1.2g not EFA)
Dairy Calcium (not including calcium in almonds) 240mg
