Default Great Book About Depression

I borrowed a little book from the library yester day called "I Had a Black Dog: His Name Was Depression" by Matthew Johnstone.

It's a great little book of artwork and simple sentences that explains depression and and give some simple solutions to living with depression.

Now it's an Australian book, but the author has a website www.ihadablackdog.com which may be of help to those of you in other countries.

This book would be fantastic to give to relatives or friends who just don't understand depression.

I think there are some depression websites listed there somewhere. If not, let me know and I'll copy them out of the back of the book for you all.

Sleepy thank you so much for posting about this book. I liked reading the section "from the author" on his website. I'm quite impressed by him, and I'm very glad he wrote this book.
