 A great dr in Sydney (Australia)
I've just started seeing a new doctor in Maroubra. She works in a big medical centre that doesn't take appointments, but it's worth the wait to see her.
Her name is Dr Ellen Campion.
I recently switched over because I wasn't really happy with my previous doctor, who wanted to refer me to a gyno -- at the stage I'm at I don't think that's really helpful.
Dr Campion asked me about my family history -- so crucial and yet many doctors forget about it -- and sent me straight off for IR tests, plus thyroid and the hormonal tests. My previous dr just sent me for the hormonal ones.
And she explained things to me really well, so even though it's just the beginning for me, I feel like I'm in good hands. It makes a difference to feel secure with your doctor! |
