I went to The Center for Applied Reproductive Sciences. The only see patients that are ttc or that have PCOS!! I saw Dr. Joseph Kennedy. Dr. Samuel Thatcher who wrote the book: PCOS: The Hidden Epidemic, also works there, along with countless others. The group is really supportive and all are very smart. You make your appointment for PCOS, so you know that they will focus on that, unlike a regular gyn. If you are trying to get preg they also help you with that. I went for three months, and yes most insurance will cover your appt. because they bill them as pcos treatments, and I got pregnant. After getting preg., they refer you to a gyn after your 8th week. During those eight weeks they follow you very closely to avoid mc. I had 4 ultrasounds during that time and my ins. paid for all of them!!!
