latley i have started trying to reduce chemicles in my system in an attempt to balance hormones etc.
i had a reasonably bad outbreak of acne for about a week now all around my chin.

www.spiritofnature.co.uk arrived yesterday and i used the moisturiser called Lavera ( young faces) its only a 30 ml tube and its costs around £5.90 but it works amazingly
since yesterday my spots have reduced in size and are loosing their redness its for oily impure skin so great if you have an out break it has essences of mint rosmary and sage while seaweed extract provides a natural antiseptic its also anti inflamitory and all completley natural.
I am amazed by it and its definetly worth it ( compared with other well known brands that cost £10 -15 it works out quite competative i think.
