I was so happy yesteay! My Cholestrol is 211 down from 241 in August!! S, my dr. isn't putting me on medicine becasue of the progress but, I do need to get it nder 200 within the year.

Congratulations on the improved cholesterol levels, starshallow! My cholesterol levels are very high right now (264....yikes!), which is distressing me because I've always had low cholesterol historically. I hope that I can lower my levels like you did, so it's very encouraging to see that you've actually been able to accomplish this. Good luck on getting below 200...but I have no doubt that you will soon!
