Default Great PCOS doctor in Portland OR area

Dr. Michael Lee is wonderful. He has been studing PCOS for about 20 years now, agreed to have me start the blood work testing. And has done great at starting meds.

He works from a few different offices, but I see him at the Beaverton Clinic.

I agree Dr. Lee is fantastic! He is very knowledgable, very nice and very patient. He has seminar that you can go to for $20. I went to the seminar before my insurance kicked in and I wanted to know more about PCOS. (I had another Dr say I had PCOS, but then patted me on the shoulder and said don't worry about it till I want ttc, no tests or anything!)

Dr. Lee remembered me 4 months later! I never had to wait long in his office, and from the first office visit, he had me getting blood work the next day, an ultra sound by the end of the week and scheduled for a lap/ovarian wedge by the following week. He answered every question I had with extreme patience and never rushed me for a decision, even at the hospital on the day of the surgery!

After the surgery, he discussed the med treatment, and helped me make a decision on what I wanted to do. And when I told him I had to move back to Illinois and wouldn't have insurance, he gave me a year's prescription for each of my meds and gave me his business card with his cell phone number, and told me to call him if I ever had any questions.

Sorry this was so long, I have dealt with more OBGYN's than I can count that told me I was a wimp (because of painful cramps) and that I just needed to lose weight. Dr. Lee proved to me that there is at least one doctor who really cares about his patients.
