Dr. Michael Zinaman through Loyola. He has several locations: LaGrange Park, Oak Brook, and the Loyola Outpatient Center (which is where the hospital is in Maywood). Excellent doctor. No-nonsense...get to the point. No wasting time! Here's a link to his info through Loyola's site (there's an 800 # at the bottom to schedule an appt.)

On the other hand..there is a terrible doctor (DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR) located through Hinsdale Hospital. His name is Dr. Jay Levin. He works with others who I have no idea about. This man humiliated me and told me he would not help me unless I lost 180lbs, never mentioned PCOS, and flat out said, "I won't help you kill yourself". UGH! Terrible doc!
