Default great recipe, but need help.

Stuffed Turkey Mushrooms

20 large fresh mushrooms
3 Tbs fat free chicken broth
1/4 cup fine chopped onion
1/4 pound lean white meat ground turkey
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup grated non-fat mozarella
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp basil
2 Tbs non-fat ricotta cheese
1/2 cup "lite" spaghetti sauce.

Remove stems from mushrooms and chop stems,
Heat broth in a skillet add the onion
and ground turkey till cooked.

Add those chopped mushroom stems and all other ingredients (except grated cheese),

cook the mixture about 5 min.
then stuff the mix into the mushroom caps and sprinkle with the grated cheese.

place in broiler for 2-4 min or untill cheese is melted.

I got this one out of a book, and made it yesterday,
it was mmmm mmmm goooood.
BUT it doesnt tell me a serving size!
Only says (Yields 20 stuffed mushrooms)
what do you think they mean? is 20 mushrooms a servings size?

fat:0.3g
Chalories 22
cholesterol:4mg
Protien: 3g
Fiber 0.5g
Carbs 2g
Sodium 60mg

Everything else in the book gives a serving size.

Thanks for your ideas

I would think that each mushroom is a serving because of the ricotta and the mozerlla on each mushroom could only add to 3 protien. If it were more than one then it would be more protein...I think...HTH.
