I just found this great website I thought I'd share with all my Cysters!

You can look up foods you eat to analyze their nutritional value(or lack of), finds ways to improve your recipes, find nutritional facts on fast food, and more. They also have basic nutritional info. You can even generate nutrition labels for your own recipes for free! It is an awesome site. Just thought I'd pass it along!
