You all my have already seen this website, but I just found it and am excited about getting started on some if not all of the vitmins and herbs listed. Just surprised that Fish Oil was not listed.

Thank you so much Clarissa!! I want to do this naturally. This article is helpful. I'm going to buy everything it has listed. Plus I've also heard postive things about the fish oils. I would take them anyway.

You are welcome hun. I plan on trying everything listed too. Maybe we can keep each other updated on how things are going? I am already taking 3000mg of Fish Oils. I am also on Met 2000mg and yasmin, but I would like to get things under control naturally and stop taking both of them. Hugs and good luck!

Thanks for the link to that site about doing this the natural way. My menstrual cycle has not returned and I do have polycystic ovaries. I am going to try this supplement plan to see how it works.
