I get the Fage Total Plain, never found it at a regular grocery store. I get it from a local Organic store or Fresh Market. Pretty expensive, $6 for a tub of 4 servings.

But, to satisfy my sweet tooth, I decided to mix a little unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 pkt stevia, and a tsp of all natural peanut butter to it and it is soooo yummy. I tried to make my own greek yogurt, but no luck.

I never eat normal yoghurt but Greek yoghurt is my favoriate!! In UK, I can find it in every supermarket, only 98 pence in Tesco (500g).

I usually mix it with some berry and sugarless cocoa powder, 250g will make a very satisfactory breakfast. Yummy

I love it! It's so rich and creamy. There are a few brands out there but the one that I really like is the Fage Total 0% which tastes great but without the fat. I like eating Greek yogurt with honey. Just put as much as you like and mix it in! It makes a great snack or dessert! I also like using Greek yogurt in place of sour cream. It has the same consistency and it tastes great!

Oikos by Stoneyfield is my favorite brand.

I discovered applesauce and cinnamon in yogurt is to die for. Great with fresh-ground flax seed and a few slivers of almonds.
