Points: 2,051.65 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 2,051.65 | green tea i asked this question on the TTC forum, but it didn't get any replies. Maybe I was asking it on the wrong forum. Does anyone know what drinking green tea is supposed to help with? I heard that it aids in some way, but I'm not sure how.

Points: 676.00 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 676.00 | i also heard it is good for CM. just be careful, b/c eventhough it has antioxidant properties, it still has caffeine, so if you are sensitive to caffeine (and itf you have PCOS you probably are), don't overdose on it. i would take to decaf kind b/c it still has the SAME antioxidant properties w/o as much caffeine.

I heard that it helped in the ttc process,and I immediately began to drink a cup/day. Now I know that I have to increase that amt. and make sure that it is decaf. Thanks again!

Thanks for the site about green tea - it's interesting. I just bought some today in the health shop, too!!

Points: 6,050.00 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 6,050.00 | another good brand of green tea is traditional medicine golden green tea. its the best green tea ive ever had. also someone mentioned that you may be sensitive to caffeine if you have PCOS. i guess that varies from person to person cuz caffeine does absolutely nothing to me. i didnt even know that would be PCOS related. anyway, ya learn something new everyday.
