Default Green Tea

This may be a silly question, but what exactly is it supposed to do for fertility? Does it help with ewcm or what?

i don't know if it helps fertility, but it sure curbs my carb cravings.

p.s. jasmine tea, steeped for 1-2 minutes in hot water, is SOOO good! it smells really pretty

Im curious if anyone has had any kind of success with green tea supplements. I just started taking them last week for energy boost, to see if it really does curb cravings and effectively help promote weight loss and balance out your system, help with metabolism and all that good stuff. I know with supplements it takes a bit longer to notice results, so Im not expecting to notice anything right away.

I'd love to hear others success or lack of with green tea or green tea supplements!

Default I love green tea...

I absolutely love my cup of green tea every morning. It's a ritual for me almost. I have found that if I have my tea first thing in the morning before I eat that I'm not as hungry. But, if I don't have it I want to eat nonstop. Maybe it's psychological but it seems to work for me.

I would recommend any of the green teas from Republic of Tea. You can go out to their website and see all the different kinds of green teas they have plus many, many others. www.republicoftea.com

Right there with ya, the new supplement I started taking yesterday has green tea in it.
