Okay, at first I was turned off by the cheesy name of this product and the hyper packaging. Well, I still am. But today was day two of using this stuff (plan on once daily - in the morning), and both yesterday and today I was simply NOT hungry. Even after only having a eaten a couple of small, healthy snacks all day and cooking some tasty dinner, I was not RAVENOUS like I usually am around meal time.
My urgency to eat immediately when I am hungry and have gone too long without food, has probably tripled since starting Metformin 5 months ago. I get a low bood sugar feeling and simply must eat at certain intervals or I get all wigged out and nutty. It sure is an aweful feeling. I am surprised that didn't happen the last two days since starting the "green tea fat burner" stuff. Not sure which component is responsible (the EGCG or the Chromium Picolinate) but I like it! No other side effects so far.

I bought it because I was gonna start taking Chromium anyway and it was cheap and has Chromium in it, along with the EGCG. I think the price for it was the same as I would have paid for just Chromium. Day four here and I just finally felt like munching on some dinner at 9 pm. The appetite suppressant thing is really nice and unexpected. I didn't think it would work so quickly.

I have noticed that if I drink too much coffee in the morning I get anxious now, so I only drink about half a cup and I used to drink a full cup of coffee. So far so good though, I have lost 2 pounds. Could be coincidence though, I'll have to see loner term how it goes.

So after hearing everyone talk about this I went out and bought it. I was seriously amazed. In 12 hours today all i had was cereal w/ soy milk 1/2 a banana, crackers with lunch meat and cheese and an orange. I wasnt even dying of hunger when I got off of work like I normally am.

Praying For a Soy Joy!! TTC number 2 . Trying with vitex, soy and cinnamon. Throw in a little black and blue cohosh, epo, licorice and dong quai all for good measure.

I recently started taking these pills as well. I have tried so many over the counter diet pills, and to my surprise I think these might be working. I have also combined these pills with dexatrim max. You just break a tablet into a bottle of water and drink. I also have found no need to drink coffee while on the green tea fat burners.
Sad to say the appetite-curbing effect is no longer working for me, and after 3 weeks taking it I've actually gained 3 pounds. I plan to keep takign them though because I want to be taking Green tea for the antioxidants and Chromium for blood sugar stabilizing effects anyway. Oh well.
