 Ground beef Casserole
I found this recipe on another board and tried it last night and it was so Yummy!!! Just thought I would pass it along....
Ground Beef Casserole
1 lb hamburger--browned and drained
4-5 med potatoes--peeled and chopped into large chunks
1 can green beans--drained
1 can tomato soup--1/3 c reserved
1 onion--chopped
Mix all ingredients (saving the 1/3 c tomato soup) in a large casserole dish. Top casserole with remaining soup and cheese if desired. Bake, covered, for 1 hr 15 min @ 375.
