I was wondering if anyone has used any of those creams or lotions that are meant to stop hair growing back as much or so quickly after you have waxed etc? Do they work?

I'm trying the Johnson's "Hair Minimising Body Lotion". I find it's working a little on my legs - but I'm probably not remembering to use it often enough. I always remember when my legs are newly shaved - but when they're a bit stubbly I forget! I have tried it on my face too - but all it seems to do is cause ingrown hairs. Again, I probably need to a) use it more often and b) exfoliate regularly.
I haven't tried it anywhere else - I reckon it's too sticky for the armpits, and I just haven't bothered elsewhere. Maybe I should!
Wow that sounds good. I will have to look around and try one. I am so fed up with removing hair!! I also find it hard to remember to do everything like exfoliating and moisturising. I know this sounds gross but I wish men were brought up that ALL our hair was normal.. imagine how much money we'd save and how much time and energy we'd have lol.

I wouldn't say it's amazing or anything - but I think it does reduce the hair a little, and probably would work to a moderate level if you used it religiously every day. It's not going to cure anything - but might be part of the picture to reduce it a bit.
The one thing is that I'm not fussed on the smell - but it's not too bad.
