Question Which GTF Chromium brand is good?

I am thinking of starting on Chromium but not sure which brand is good. I've decided to go for Chromium GTF (as Polynicotinate) Chromemate. Have anyone tried NSI or Nature's Way? How long do you take to see results?

Btw, I am taking met and not sure if it is safe to take chromium. What is the different between Chromium and Cinnamon supplements since both are said to help with insulin sensitivity? I am lean and I've read that met doesn't benefit lean cysters (to me, it doesn't help with mentruation). So, I am hoping that chromium will help.

i may be really wrong about this, but several years back i remember reading studies that linked chromium picolinate with cancer. is there any merit to that?

like i said, i could be totally wrong, but if i am and someone knows more about this, please please please tell me so that i can try these supplements myself if they could be helpful.

thanks for the understanding and patience.
