So I thought I should introduce myself since I've been posting for a few days. My name is Sandra. I'm 26. I live near St. Louis, MO. I have 2 beautiful little girls. Autumn who will be 4 in October and Kassondra who will be 2 in August. I tried for 4 years to conceive Autumn and finally did with Metformin and Clomid. Kassie I conceive in one month with Metformin and Clomid. I now have an appointment with a RE in April to focus on my PCOS and getting it in check. I'm looking for a diet (or should I say lifestyle change) in my eating and at this point trying to see which one is best for me. I work outside of the home full time and I am a part time college student.

I live south of the city of St. Louis in Jefferson County. I'm in Dittmer. We did get a little bit from the winter surprise, but not a whole lot.

Welcome to SoulCysters! Come check out the diet and exercize area. There are a lot of great groups there who can always use one more. I'm in the 70 by summer group and I've lost 15 pounds total so far.
