For my FIRST acupuncture session!!!! My chiropractor is experienced and certified in it. I was so happy to find that out!!
His acupuncture treatments are around $40.00. I was told he has package treatments so I'm going to check them out. I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He also includes Traditional Chinese Medicines/methods into his work too if requested.

Yay for you!! (I don't mean that sarcastically either--I reread it and realised it could be taken that way)
I've been using acupuncture and TCM for a while now. I even O'd last cycle and had a nice "normal" 14 day luteal phase followed by a "normal" AF. Now I'm hoping for another O so we can catch the eggie.
The big advantage I see for TCM (and some other alternative therapies) is a chance at healing, rather than just masking the symptoms. I have to admit, I am very impatient so I've got a fertility appointment in May with a gynae. I'll probably still go back to acupuncture and TCM after pregnancy though, to continue the healing process.
Enjoy your session!

PS
Lucie, There's a bunch of info/personal experiences of acupuncture and TCM on this forum, if you search for it.
Sorry it took me so long to update you on my acupuncture treatment. It was strange at first. After the needles were in me, the chiropractor/acupuncturist added electrical stimulation. It felt like I had several nerves twitching at the same time. Wierd!! :p
He added a pill with my Vitex that has several herbs for infertility. The short name for it is XYZ. I hope it works.
I go back for another acu treatment Thursday afternoon (5/15).
I'm on CD 27 today.
