 Gymnema Sylvestre with Met...?
Hmmm...I'm on 2000mg of the Met a day, and my insulin resistance is greatly improved. My fasting insulin is down to 5.9 from 15.8....But I'd really like to lose some more weight, and I'm having a rough time LC'ing as I get horrific diarrhea and nausea...ANYWAY, I'm thinking about buying a carb blocker that has the gymnema sylvestre as an ingredient, but I'm not sure if that would work out with the Met. All the literature says that you may have to lower your Met dose, but what I want to know is if anyone has actually tried it while on Met at the same time? Anyone?
