Default GYN or RE in NYC?

I need to find a new GYN (last one stopped taking my insurance and didn't seem to know much about PCOS anyway). I guess a repro endo might be a good bet, if he/she is interested in PCOS patients who aren't TTC, but any GYN who's good with PCOS would be great. Any recommendations in or around New York?

Thanks!

Default NYC gyn and repo endo

Hi my doctor Rogerio Lobo he is an excellent gyn and extremely knowledgeable about PCOS. The other doctor is Mark Sauer who is a repo endo. They both work for Columbia's The Center for Women's Reproductive Care. They are affiliated with New York Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. Hope this helps.

What types of treatments has he recommended? I'm looking for a doc in NYC as well, but hoping for someone who is open to things other than slapping me on Met or some variation of it.

Thanks!

Thanks for the recommendations! Unfortunately neither of them are in my insurance network.

Does anyone else have any recommendations in New York?

Hi!
I just recently saw Dr. Redmond this week. He is not an OBGYN...strictly an endo but knows his stuff. His website is www.hormonehelpny.com

good luck!
