I lived in Seattle a few years ago. I saw an OB in - I THINK - Seattle OB/GYN? They were in Swedish Hospital on First Hill. I DON'T reccomend them... I'm sure they are very competent but it was a very busy practice and I felt like I was in a baby factory. (I didn't see her long. I started to see her when I got pregnant and we moved when I was 18 weeks because my husband lost his job...)
I was planning to switch to a doctor at Evergreen Hospital's women's medical center before my husband lost his job. I can't remember the name of the doctor I was going to see but she was reccomended by another cyster. Here's their website

Maybe call them and see if they have someone good with PCOS? They are in Kirkland. I can't remember where Issaquah is in relation to Kirkland...
