I have my 3rd cyst in my nose the first 2 were months ago now I have my 3rd one. My nose is thumping and is bright red, no hiding this one. I also have 3 on my waist band. I used to suffer from them occasionally but now they are in full force and the ones on my waist have been there for months and reopen and close constantly. I am so tired of feeling this throbbing / razor blade pain constantly. Spiro helped before but it is too expensive and minocyclin worked but it got too expensive. I think I am going to have to just start eating healthy and get my IR under control and see if it helps. But for now any suggestions besides warm compresses on my nose are very welcome.

aww, hon, im so sorry that you have hs on your nose i know some cysters use tea tree oil. But i dont know if they use it neat - or diluted. Hope yours clears up soon.

ive been drinking 2 cups of green tea a day,and 2 cups of ginger tea a day, and 2 cups of white tea a day - and havent had my hs so bad in ages. Dont know if it is a coinsidence, but thought id mention. For me chocolate seems to be a trigger.

my auntie had one in her nose and they immediately admitted her into the hospital. Swelling to close to the brain. What happened with this? are you ok?

Thank you for asking. I am doing good now and so far so good after a strong course of antibiotics. I had to use a nasal antibiotic and a pill form. The nasal was not only for the large cystic acne in my nose but provided a systemic effect. I still have a few issues with my skin left but for now the ones in nose are gone.
