Hi All,

Are there any soulcysters that have saved or regrown head hair by lifestyle change, supplements,weight loss?
I'm trying to save my hair with Finasteride 5mgs and still lose hair. It has helped with hirsutism though.

I'm lucky I started with very thick hair in 2005 when I noticed the hair loss. I tried Metformin but I had to discontinue due to side effects;same with spiro. Any information would be appreciated.

would you mind sharing your experience with spiro?
what side effects did you notice.
I'm currently debating on taking spiro but I had severe side effects from bcps with anti androgen.I'm just worried if I would get the same effect with spiro
