Question hair breaks off when waxing?

Hi, I have a problem. I have facial hair growth, and once and a while, I go to get it waxed, and I also have done it at home. The thing is, that I get stubble from some hairs, because when I run my fingers over it, it feels stubbly. This even happens a little when I get it done somewhere. What can I do to prevent this from happening? Thanks.

I just wanted to let you know I have the same problem (only it's only my legs). I know it's really irritating (not to mention frustrating!) to go through all the pain and mess of waxing and then get skin that's not even smooth!

I have't figured out a solution yet but if/when I do I will let you know.

There's a couple of things you can do to help...

1) Wait until the hair is longer before waxing - the wax will be able to better "grab" the hair.

2) Make sure you don't use any creams/moisturizers between your last shower and the time you wax and try to wax as soon after you shower as possible.

Hope this helps...
