Default Hair on Chest?

I have hair EVERYWHERE I have hair from head to toe. I have long hair but now thats coming out from having my son 4 months ago and I have hair on my chin, neck, chest, breast, and a trail on my stomach. I get electrolysis on my chin and neck and I normally shave my chest but I hate how it looks now and the fact that I can't really wear low cut shirt or even shirts that open. I don't I used to use Veet on my chest but I stopped while I was pregnant and started to shave again. Does anyone have any advice on what to do?

Yes I can and have used Veet again but now it looks like scars or hair bumps on my chest and the line that is on everyone's chest is not on mine all the way (hope I explained that right) it just makes me feel uneasy to wear a low cut shirt or a shirt that covers my clevage even when the hair is removed.

Uhh, I feel your frustration. Ok I have hair everywhere too! Toes, knuckles, arms, back, butt, upper thighs, stomach, full beard on face. I am sooo anal about my hair removal that even my endocronologist was shocked that I shave. She said she couldnt tell. I have my shaving down to a science lol.

I pluck the hair around my nipples and I stay on top of that. If I don't I find out that I get terrible terrible ingrown hairs. As far as the chest hair, I shave. I have used veet in the past but had a terrible reaction on my chest. It's fine everywhere else. Believe me, I do my own back.

I would love to get laser hair removal on my chest but I haven't really looked into it. I too have bumps and scars on my chest.

Have you tried an epilator? Basically it's a bunch of tweezers that go really fast. It hurts the first few times but you get used to it. So much fast than tweezing each one individually. To prevent the ingrowns and red bumps, i just wipe the area with alcohol, tea tree oil or witch hazel. And the hairs grow back soft, not blunt like with shaving. It takes 4 days for me to visibly notice new growth. So that could be a few days of wearing low cut and open shirts for you

I use the Veet to remove the hair but my problem is the scaring from shaving or other hair removel. I just feel like everyone can see thier was hair their. I do electrlysis on my face and the marks are gone and I go once a month sometimes 1.5months but its to painful for my chest.

I sympathize so much. I'm hairy as well, my fiance calls be Chewbacca, or wolfman. My toes are hairy, my knuckles, the backs on my hands, my butt, my things, my face, neck, breasts and chest. I shaved under my navel when I was younger, that was a mistake! It grew back so much coarser. The thing with me is that the only thing that works on my face is Nair. I also heard Pu'erh tea helps with hair growth, but that is on another topic. I can't use anything else on my body because the hair gorws back the next day, even with waxing.

So I'm stuck with dealing with it and shaving when I go to the beach. Its so embarrassing at the beach. I'm so insecure.

I am to the point where I am OK with it myself and I don't think my husband minds even tho he has jokes sometimes but I still don't like to show others. Its not the worse thing in the world but its also not typical. I have noticed some members of my husbands family have hair on their chest and just show it (I am not that bold yet) I just try not to show clevage.

I feel your pain there. Thankfully, most of my chest hair is still vellus and blonde, so I don't think my bf can see it yet... (he has horrible eyesight, so I just take his glasses off, lol). I recently got brave enough to get the legs waxed, along with a brazillian and the armpits and mustache... though the mustache is growing back really fast, so I might just stick to Veet or Nair for that. I pluck my eyebrows, and when I see those wirey dark hairs on my breasts, I pull them. I have "fishbelly, see-through-white" skin, and my hair is very course and black with copper hints that seem designed to catch the sun. lol. Hopefully, the spironolactone that's built into the yaz will help and I'll notice a difference within 3 months, or else I'm gonna have the doctor add more spiro by itself.
