Has anyone tried some of the non-chemical hair extensions - like eurolocs or hairlocs?

hopeless

I've never heard of these, though I am vaguely considering extensions/weave. Can you tell me more about them?

As a hairloss sufferer, I studied the extensions option. From what I found, hair extensions are meant to be worn for a short period of time, like 1-3 months because longer can harm your scalp/hair. Wearing them at all can cause traction alopecia, or hairloss from any pulling on your natural hair. (saw some nasty pics of that) They also can damage your existing hair so it looks crappier when they're taken off because they have to somehow attach the hair.

I became too afraid, after much research, of possibly losing MORE hair from the extensions, even though I enjoyed fantasizing about having incredible looking hair like what they show.

but do share if you find some new things out there....it's been a couple of years since I did all the research.
