Default Hair falling out and herbs

Hey, I have always had a problem with my hair falling out due to PCOS. But know I am on Vitex, Chromium, evening primrose, fish oil, b-12, and saw palmetto and it seems like my hair is falling out worse now. Do any of these cause hair loss or am i taking to many and that is why hair loss is worse. I am scared, I can see my scalp. Thanks

I really doubt that the herbs you are taking can possibly cause your hair loss to get worse. The herbs are not why your hair is falling out.

There is some anecdotal evidence that the herbs you are taking might help improve the situation, but there is also no widespread clinical evidence that they will definitely help.

If it is getting worse, though, it is not because you are taking the herbs, and it is not because of the dosage you are taking.
