Well, I'm on way out the door to work, thus am incredibly busy too, so my short answer is, sometimes Met even out hormones and hair loss lessens or stops, or sometimes it makes hair loss way worse. No way to know in advance.
Yes, look back through posts and you'll find some suggestions. There is NO one size fits all answer to hair loss, and precious few things that actually work. Some people try spiro, BCPs, flutamide, rogaine, herbs, vitamins, special shampoos, etc. Some of those things work for some people. Nothing works reliably and predictably and a lot of people. No magic pill on this one.
