Default Hair loss ???

I have hair loss near the bangs (you can see through to my scalp), it is receding alot on one side of my head.. and now I have hair loss at my crown. It is like you can see my part way too far down in the back. I am constantly having to rearrange my hair to cover all the areas but it is getting too hard since my hair is too thin. And if it is a humid or windy day, you can forget it. I am not on any medications for this horrible disease. What do I need to do?? I do not want to use Rogaine. Are there any cosmetic options?? I do not need a full wig as I have hair in all the other places. Can you get a top piece that looks normal? How do you even begin to find extensions or wigs?? I am clueless. Or what medications will make my hair grow back? This is controlling my life. I feel like a man! I have had hair loss to long I think for Rogaine to work according to my dermatologist. But it is getting thinner so much faster these past few months! please help!

Do you have high testosterone? Have you tried spironolactone?

Personally I would not even bother with medication to halt hair loss I haev tried teh LOT and nothing will grow it back.

As for cosmetics then I did extensive research when Iw as told I was losing my hair. I currently have no temple hair BUT I have thousands of extensions in and it looks thick and bouncy and healthy ... there are places you can get clip in toppers, bonded toppers, weaves all sorts ..

Not sure wheer you are based but I go to www.wattzinternational.com you can see soem of her work and how realistic it is

Hey!

I completely understand what you're going through. I started to lose my hair many years ago. I now wear a wig.

Yes, there are toppers out there! I am a member of HerAlopecia and a lot of women show off their toppers on that forum!

Good luck!
