Question Hair loss-basic question

All this leads me to a basic question you all might know the answer to.

When we finally get down to our ideal weight, is it a GIVEN that we'll have more hair/ lose less hair, and will it stay that way as long as we eat a healthy diet and maintain a normal, healthy weight?? Therefore eliminating the need for Rogaine and the like?

Or is it a possibly/likely that even at a normal weight we could still experience noticeable hair loss?
