Default Hair loss...blood results...iron

Hey ladies..
ok...so i posted earlier about dealing with hair loss..
i went to the derm and he said i didnt have AGA or FPB...and stated its just TE...but chronic TE because its been going on for more than 6 months..
He basically has attributed it to coming off the pill...I would like to hear from other women who have come off the pill and have been dealing with hair loss...i came off the pill 11 months ago now...BUT the hair loss has slowed down a bit..i was use to losing about 150 per shower and combing...and now its down to 80-100...SOMETIMES 60ish..
I just had some blood work done and accordingly to it i have no signs of having pcos...everything is good AND i ovulated!
I am assuming that all the supplements i am taking and the diet and exercise are working..
im still having hair loss tho...and my iron was 48...has gone up from 14!!
so everything seems to be going well...i just need to be patient..
my doc said that from my bloodwork my body is creating and making new blood cells..so that has to be good too..
SOOOO...can anyone tell me about their experience with coming off the pill and hair loss...and also about the iron...im looking for some hopeful stories too!

Thank you

Interesting. My derm and I both think I still have AGA but it's not helping that my iron is only 29. And while he said that's normal, he'd like to see it over 60 and then I might see some improvement. He also is having me take B vitamins and biotin. We'll consider Aldactone later. I have so few symptoms that I sort of wonder about using such a powerful drug.... but if my hair loss gets worse....

In the meantime, I'm just wearing my hair curly and trying to fluff it. It's depressing-I just saw a picture and I look almost bald from the sides!
